Our fixed hourly rates are: First hour £70, second hour £60 (£130 total), third hour £50 (£180 total). Same-day bookings have a £10 surcharge.
What times are available for home visits?
Home visits are available Monday to Friday, from 4pm to 7pm. All services must be completed by 7pm.
How do I pay?
We require payment in advance for the minimum fee of £70, either via bank transfer or over the phone.
Can all problems be fixed at home?
Not all problems can be resolved at your address – this service is offered on discretion. Our team will advise if we need to take a device back to our office for repair. Many computer problems require significant time and access to specialist tools, so must be done at our store and cannot be completed whilst you wait.
What is the minimum charge?
We charge an hourly rate, with the minimum charge being one hour (£70).
Do you offer computer lessons?
We do not offer computer lessons – only support with IT issues, such as your printer not working, computer not connecting to internet, email problems, etc.
