Where can I find my tracking ID?
Your tracking ID was sent to you via email and SMS when you booked your repair. It starts with "RT" followed by numbers (e.g., RT100, RT1234). Check your booking confirmation email or SMS for this information.
How often is the status updated?
Our technicians update the repair status in real-time as they work on your device. You'll receive automatic notifications via email and SMS whenever the status changes. You can also check this page at any time for the latest updates.
What if I didn't receive my tracking ID?
If you didn't receive your tracking ID, please check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, contact our support team at hello@revivatech.co.uk or call 01202 909520 with your name and contact details, and we'll look up your repair.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
For security reasons, we require verification when you're not logged into your account. This ensures that only you or authorized people can view the status of your repair and access sensitive information about your device.
