What warranty do you offer on repairs?

All repairs come with a 12-month warranty covering both parts and labour. If the same issue recurs within 12 months of your repair, we fix it free of charge at our Bournemouth workshop. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in replacement parts but not new physical damage.

Yes, our nationwide mail-in service lets you send devices from anywhere in the UK. You cover the cost of postage to us, and we return your repaired device with free tracked shipping. All mail-in repairs include a 12-month warranty on parts and labour.
