  • • Repairs that don't meet our quality standards
  • • Devices with warranty-covered defects
  • • Unused accessories or parts purchased from us

Not Eligible for Return

  • • Custom PC builds (special order items)
  • • Data recovery services (data cannot be "returned")
  • • Diagnostic services already performed
  • • Devices with customer-caused damage after repair
  • • Returns requested after 14-day window

Package your device securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.

We'll inspect the device and process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • • Bank Credit: 5-7 business days

Important Notes

  • • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

All repairs come with our comprehensive 12-month warranty. If you experience any issues related to our repair work within 12 months, we'll fix it free of charge.
